He was predeceased by: his father James Allen "Jimmy" Bivens. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Springer of Leoma, TN; and his brother Jeffrey Albert Bivens of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church.
