He was predeceased by: his former wife Patsy Staggs; and his siblings, Nora Maude Staggs, Clodie Braddy, Clifford Staggs, J. L. Staggs and Donnie Staggs.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Staggs of Lenox, TN; his children, Kenny Staggs of Lenox, TN, Lois Hensley of Dyersburg, TN, Kathy Berry (Greg) of Dyersburg, TN, Theresa Staggs Quinley of Troy, TN, Sheila Davis (Tim) of Union City, TN, Sharon Pruett (Steve) of Union City, TN and Brenda Chessor (Barney) of Union City, TN; and his sister Gracie Wilson (Raymond) of Miston, TN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
