She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. E. W. Bixler; and her parents, Rev. Everett Stephenson and Mary Stephenson (Libengood). She is survived by: her children, Rev. K. David Bixler (Debra M.) of Williamsport, Randy E. Bixler of Madison Heights, VA, Rev. Ronald A. Bixler (Lisa M.) of Montgomery, Mark D. Bixler (Lisa A.) of Colchester, VT and Ruth Scoggins (Ken) of Lenoir City, TN. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
