He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Joan Lewis; his brother Dave Lewis; and his uncle Ronnie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Lewis; his sons, Chris Lewis (Amber) and Aaron Lewis (Taeha); his brother Bob Lewis; his aunt Genie Lewis; and his friends, Bobby, Denise Stooksbury, Matt Acuff, Casey Neeley and Travis Griffin.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (2085 Simpson Rd, Lenoir City, TN 37772). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
