She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny "Dan" Sanes; her daughter Cathy Murwin; her grandson Bryan Mullins; her parents, James McKenzie and Iva McKenzie; her sisters, Mary Foshee, Sharon Evans, Helen McKenzie and Trula Stinnett; and her nephew David McKenzie.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Sanes Cannady, Johnny and Frankie Sanes; her grandchildren, Daniel Mullins (Jennifer), Heather Jones, Natasha Sanes, Mathew Sanes, Christopher Sisson, Shelby Reynolds, Trevor Reynolds, Lauren Sanes and Zach Sanes; her siblings, C. L. Foshee, Iva Jean Lowe (Gary) and Evelyn Moser; and her sister-in-law Donnetta Salster. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (2144 Old Hwy 95, Lenoir City, TN 37771).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be help with funeral expenses.
