She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul and Kathleen Williams. She is survived by: her husband James A. Southwick; her daughter Elizabeth Smith (David) of Lenoir City, TN; her grandsons, Jonathan Smith and Andrew Smith; her sister-in-law Donna Banfield (Fred) of Chesterland; her nieces, Kathy Sample (Don) and Becky Banfield of Ohio; and her great-niece Alyssa Jackett of Ohio.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery City Park.
