It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Henry Blevins (Lenoir City, Tennessee), who passed away on February 9, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Blevins, Sr. and Betsy Clark Blevins; and his siblings, Harvey Blevins, Jr. and Betsy Ann Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Natasha Blevins, Amanda Lee of Knoxville, Robert Blevins Harris, Jr. of Kentucky and Michael Blevins Harris of McMinnville; and his siblings, Ronnie Blevins of McMinnville and Yvonne Blevins of Lenoir City. He is also survived by several grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
