It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rebecca Smith Holder of Lenoir City, Tennessee, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas "J. T." Smith and Elmalene Thomas Smith; her brother Edwin Thomas "Eddie Tom"; and her sister-in-law Sarah Smith. She is survived by: her husband Terry Holder; her children, Kerry Holder Thigpen (Lee), Brent Holder (Bailey) and Emily Tenry (Ryan); her grandchildren, Maeley Nixon, Knox, Shep Tenry, Max, Holder Thigpen, Indy Holder and Bentley Hodges; and her nieces and nephews, Amanda Smith (Jim Campbell), Lee Smith, Mary Beth Holley (Mike) and Reed Smith (Kristy).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (300 W 1st Ave, Lenoir City, TN 37771). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Tennessee.
