It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Steven Matlock Sr. of Lenoir City, Tennessee, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bill Matlock. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Alford Matlock; his children, Emily Matlock Yoakum (Aaron) and Mark "Steven" Matlock Jr. (Becca); his grandchildren, Jaimeson, Sydney Yoakum, Brewer and Tatum Matlock; his sister Lisa; his brother-in-law Greg Moyers; his niece Megan; his nephew Garrett; and his girlfriend Jamie Loden.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Two Rivers Church (275 Harrison Ln, Lenoir City, TN 37772). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 8:30 AM and at 9:00 AM.
