He is survived by: his children, Douglas Tilley, John Tilley, Brittany Baker and Shaina Armes; his siblings, Scott Tilley, Nedra Wilburn and Chuck; his sister-in-law Sherry Tilley; and his close friends, Julia and Ryan Griffin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
