She was predeceased by: her children, Carold Billingsley (Squirt), Marie Maxine Hampton and Julie Lee Billingsley; and her brother Eddie Billingsley. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Hampton and Sheila Kerr; her grandchildren, Shawn Bowman (Kieonna), Andrea Welch (Quinn), Deanna Cozart, Shamiah Hampton, Charles Hampton, Daniel Hampton (Tameka) and Gabriel Hampton (Laken); her sister-in-law W. J. Billingsley (Ernestine); her sister Mickey Amos of Knoxville; her sister-in-law Donna Billingsley of Knoxville; and her aunts, Arttie M. Thaxton of Knoxville and Loretta Walker of Lenoir City. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brother.
