He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Roberts and Elizabeth Silvey Roberts; and his siblings, Lou Ella Renner, Barbara Hart, Shirley Mincey and Donnie Roberts (Alice).
He is survived by: his wife Janie McDaniel Roberts; his children, Elizabeth Myers (Scott) and Sherman Ray Roberts (Brooke); his grandchildren, Cody McKee (Kahlee), Breanna Roberts, Alex McKee (Megan), Brandon Roberts, Jacob Roberts, Jessica Stooksbury and Grace Myers (Mariah Myers); his stepgrandchildren, Izaiah, Baylee and MaKenzie; his great grandchildren, Raiden, Ella, Zander, Theo and Hendon; and his sisters, Hazel Mincey and Annie Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home, Inc. (109 S Walnut St, Lenoir City, TN 37771). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
