He is survived by: his wife Linda Springsteen; his children, David Bivens (Darlene) and Johnna Bivens Johnson (Earl); his grandchildren, Brittany (Mike), Haley, Ashley and Michael; and his siblings, Richard Bivens (late Connie), Sue Shellady (late Laverne), Minerva Guinn (late Donald), Tom Bivens (Mary Ann) and Randy Bivens (Cheryl). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
