He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest O. Harvey and Gertrude Munsey Harvey; and his brothers, Wayne Harvey and Ronnie Harvey. He is survived by: his cousin Judy Harvey Skidmore; and his friends, Buster and Connie Carter (family: Mike, Cheri Thomas). He is also survived by many other cousins; special neighbors.
