He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Baxter and Addus Baxter (Long); and his brother Charles Joseph Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Jean; and his sons, Joshua and Nathan.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Laguardo Baptist Church (8585 TN-109, Lebanon, TN 37087).
