He was predeceased by: his parents, Della D. Allred Neal and Spencer Clyde Neal; his son Ricky Neal; and his siblings, Colleen Neal Culver, Charles, John, Carl, Billie, Robert and Dickie Neal.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Neal; his children, Frankie Neal (Teresa), Eddie Hooten (Cheryl), Jay Hooten, Maverick Hooten, Cory Neal, Roxie Culvert and Liz Beechboard; and his siblings, Judy Boles, MaryAnn Lawson, Betty Sue Ledbetter and Terry Neal (Breece).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sellars Funeral Home (313 W Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holly Springs Cemetery (2464 Upper Hilham Rd, Livingston, TN 38570).
