He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodson W. Leeper and Trudy M. Davis Leeper. He is survived by: his wife Patrice Leeper; his children, Cynthia Shields (John), Stacey Leeper and Kevin Leeper; and his granddaughter Sydney Shields.
