He is survived by: his wife Lucy Mai Davis Kelley; his siblings, Raymond Val Kelley (Betty Ann), Carl Johnson Kelley (Mary), Nancy Carleen Hessel (Clyde), Margaret "Margie" Louise Hearn (Michel) and Cynthia Faye Batie (Stephen); and his half-sister Ella "Pokey" Louise Croley (Matt).
