He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stone McCray Sr. and Etta Beddow McCray; his wife Merridee Erickson McCray; his son Scott Thomas McCray; and his sister Betty McCray Stevenson.
He is survived by: his children, Mike McCray, Brian McCray, Dawn Richards and Sister Janet Clark. He is also survived by 14 grand-children and 13 great-grand-children.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. David's Episcopal Church (6501 Pennywell Dr, Nashville, TN 37205). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (7931 McCrory Ln, Nashville, TN 37221).
