He is survived by: his wife Carmen Bates Williams; his stepchildren, Lisa Bennett (Daryl) and J. Douglas Raines (Rebecca); his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Sarah Bennett, Chloe, Bryson and Landon Raines; his brothers, Bobby Williams (Vicki), Ricky Williams (Ida), Randy Williams (Kathie) and Al Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Faye Williams (David), Pat Foster Carmack, Pamela Chastain (Gerald) and Teresa Wallace.
