She is survived by: her children, Amanda Klunk (Daniel), Isaac Cunningham (Brittany) and Amber Charapata; her grandchildren, Charrissa Hendricks, Mali Ann, Ivy Leeann, Madilyn Lee Cunningham, Jonathan, Andrew, Lillith Klunk, Logan Conrad and Carter Charapata; her siblings, Misty Vantrease and Jeff Stafford; and her great grandchild Bellamy Drake Hendricks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
