She is survived by: her husband Richard Setliff; her children, Tommy Huggins, Elmer "Bubba" Huggins and Renee Bond (Wayne Carr); her grandchildren, Jerry Lee Huggins, Alan Wayne Jahns, Angela Prior, Lisa Huggins, Justin Huggins, Dustin Huggins, Ricky Huggins Jr., Jesse Huggins, Chris Huggins and Clint Hayes; and her sisters, Janie Brown and Elaine Gilbert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great and great-great grandchildren.
