She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Statler and Carl Statler; her husband Richard "Dick" Churchill; and her brother John Statler. She is survived by: her children, Eric Mitchell (Kerri), Marty Mitchell (Marlene) and Heidi Mitchell (Zachary Stewart); her grandchildren, Carly Faye (Matt Hill), Dustin Mitchell, Zandra Mitchell (Matt Cary), Keoni (Isabella Panem), Matthew Paul, Harrison (Brynna Jones), Prescott Stewart, Noelani Mitchell and Alexandria Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Imogene, Margot and Zinnia.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to St. Jude Hospital or Shriners Hospital in memory of Sha Sha.
