With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Sloan Cox of Lebanon, Tennessee, who passed away on October 6, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sloan and Lois Hackett Sloan; and her siblings, Marion Sloan and Paul Douglas Sloan. She is survived by: her children, Courtney Halbert (Tim) of Lebanon and Patrick Cox (Meredith) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Kai Halbert of Lebanon, Carson and Logan Cox of Phoenix, AZ; her siblings, Connie East (Stan) of Carthage and Phil Sloan of Pleasant Shade; her niece Margaret East Massengille (Beau) of Lebanon; and her nephews, Jimmy Wilmore of Nashville and Scotty Dillehay (Debra) of Defeated Creek.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pleasant Shade Cemetery.
