We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Sandra Lewis-Farley of Lebanon, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Christine Lewis; and her brother John C. Lewis. She is survived by: her son Lewis Farley (Brandi); her granddaughter Quinn Farley; and her brother Richard R. Lewis (Debra). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association https://www.alz.org.
