He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldean Johns and Theodore Lackey Johns; and his siblings, Jerry, Doug, Johnny, Dan, Mark, Gerald and Alene Johns.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Johns (Linda) of Gordonsville, TN, Susie Frances Johnson of Palmetto, FL, Debra Clifton (Jed) of Lebanon, TN, Viola Goddard of Lebanon, TN and Loretta Scheuer (Gary) of Syracuse, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
