He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Armistead and Malcolm Armistead; his son Mark Armistead; and his brothers, Larry, Tony and Jimmy Armistead.
He is survived by: his children, Robby Armistead (Shelly), Samantha Armistead and Tamara Walling (Jonathan); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Pyper, Luke Armistead, David, Ryder, Charlie Armistead and Greyson Walling. He is also survived by sisters, nieces and nephews.
