He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Charles Miller and Bernice Miller (Babe); his sisters, Bobbie Feuerborn and Sharon Montgomery; and his son Matthew Charles Miller.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Ann Harris; his children, Tim Miller (Kristi), Katey Miller and Lisa Spurlock (Richard); and his grandchildren, Brendan, Corbin, Bailey, Grace, Ben, Hannah and Ryan.
