He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James Givan and Martha Elizabeth Fisher Givan; and his son-in-law Tracy Cross. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Shipp Givan; his daughters, Ginger Brown (Mark), Robin Cross and Tracy White (Bryan); his grandchildren, Jarod Brown (Brooke), Austin Brown (Anna), Wesley Cross (Kelsie), Dexter Cross (Samantha), Ryann Nemi (Daniel), Sydney Hallums and Katie Beth White; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Dax, Theo, Otto Brown, Ella, Rhett and Demi Rae Cross.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home (241 W Main St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (609 S Maple St, Lebanon, TN 37087).
