He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harold Cowley Sr. and Nannie Elizabeth Cowley; and his siblings, Thelbert Randal Cowley and Cynthia Jean Cowley. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Glasgow Cowley; his children, Michael Cowley (Loretta), Amanda Cowley Parker (Derek), Melissa Cowley Baker (Andrew) and Allie Cowley Musall (Jesse); and his siblings, Iris Cowley Cummins (Ronnie) and David Cowley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
