She was predeceased by: her parents, Corky Cleibron and Kathleen Cleibron; her aunts, Bonnie Sykes and Georgia Paschal; her grandmother Bertha Ashley Nixon; her cousin Tom Byron Nixon; and also Charley Howard Bay.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Bay (Carole) and R. Kerry Bay (Heather); and also Tony DeMatteo.
