He is survived by: his wife Shirley McKinney Collins of Lebanon, TN.; his children, Denise Smallwood (Jared) of Lebanon, TN and Brent Alan Collins of Lebanon, TN.; his grandchildren, Stella Collins and Mason Smallwood; and his siblings, Carol Wooten (Randall) of Vina, AL. and Odas JD Collins (Judy) of De Motte, IN..
