In the vast expanse of eternity, Patsy Evon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Patsy Evon farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Mathis and Clarabelle Mathis; and her siblings, Audrey Mathis and Leroy Mathis (John "Butch" Lawson). She is survived by: her children, Thomas Lawson, Cindy Mayhugh (Mark) and Dr. Tara Lawson-Loftis (Bryan Loftis); her grandchildren, Ryder, Scout Loftis, Alex and Rachel Mayhugh; and her sisters, Jennie Mae Shelton (Steve), Peggy Parkerson (James) and Billie Shelton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
