He is survived by: his wife Glenda McPeak Phillips; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Wayne McElhiney; his grandchildren, Molley and Patrick McElhiney; his brothers, Jackie Phillips, Dwight Phillips (Brenda) and David Phillips (Judy); and also, Lela Johnson, Mike Johnson, Tina Nickens and Michelle Tims.
