With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Carol Kountzman of Lebanon, Tennessee, who passed away on November 1, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Franklin and Jacqueline Franklin. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Kountzman; her children, Stephanie Kountzman and Michele Evetts (Richie); her sisters, Geri Vanderfeltz, Sharon Regnier and Vickie Vitale (Andrew); her grandchildren, Chelsie Flynn, Tylor Evetts, Hannah Evetts and Hailey Evetts; and her great grandchildren, Neveah, Brody and Kylo. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
The family requests that all memorial donations be sent to The American Cancer Society.
