He was predeceased by: his father William Paul Timbs; and his aunts and uncles, Charles Timbs, James Howard Timbs, Paul Bucy, Linda Moser and Shirley Mathis.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Kirkland Timbs; his children, Ryan Bryson, William Timbs, Joseph Swafford, Richard Benge and Michael Benge; his mother Jean Hargis (Jarrell); his sister Michelle Murrell; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Powell, Hunter Wilbanks (Raiel) and Carla Davis (Daniel).
