She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Welch Hayes and William Hayes Sr.; her sister Frances Pelfrey; her niece Rachel Pelfrey; and her great-niece Serenity Grace Meeks.
She is survived by: her brother Billy Hayes Jr. (Tina); her nieces and nephews, Morgan Hayes (Nikki), Justin Hayes (Crystal), Paul Rhodes, Georgia Salmon (Nathan), April Apple (Jimmy) and Mark Pelfrey (Lauren); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlee Seay, Matthew, Kayleigh Hayes, Austin Stewart, Christiana Bushey, Emma, Lawson Hayes, John, Hunter Huff, Kaylee Apple, Delauna Salmon, Maddox, Beckett and Ruby Pelfrey; and her cousin Harriet "Pete" Marshall.
