He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Fisher and Mary Lou Fisher; and his siblings, W. C. Fisher, Henry Fisher, Bobby Fisher, Pauline Astin and Dorothy Gregory.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fisher; his children, Janice Gilbert (Michael), Marvin Neal Fisher Jr. and Penny Lancaster (John); his grandchildren, Macey Gilbert, Lee Andrew Fisher, Jessie Dodson (Justin), Valeri Harbaugh (Brandon), Knight Lancaster and Sam Lancaster (Brianna); his great grandchildren, Bryce, Olivia Dodson, Blair, Melanie, Logan Harbaugh and Graham Lancaster; and his sister Ethel Wallace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilson County Memorial Gardens (618 S Maple St, Lebanon, TN 37087).
