He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce DuVall and Velda Gilmore; his brother Jack DuVall; his sister-in-law Ruth DuVall; his sister Carol DuVall Christian; his brothers-in-law, William Christian and Wayne Spencer; his niece Karen DuVall; and his nephew Michael Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Alva "Al" McCormack DuVall; his children, Quintina Burton (Trent), Lindsey Barber (Ryan) and Dustin DuVall; his grandchildren, Tristyn Burton, Aliya Burton and Rowan Barber; his sisters, Janice Spencer and Kay Martinez (Joe); and his nieces and nephews, Amy Douglas, John Spencer, Kathleen Martinez, Bill Christian and Kyle Williams. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
