She is survived by: her children, Philip Craighead (Darlene) of Lebanon, TN and Phyllis Craighead of Mt. Juliet, TN; her grandchildren, Zachary Temple Craighead (Melissa) of Lebanon, TN and Carissa Stone of Cookeville, TN; her great grandchildren, Madison, Miles, Lyla Mae, Wade Craighead and Xavier Wheeler of Cookeville, TN; her children, Dr. Ad Jooren and Chiyo Shibata Tokiwa (Makoto) of Japan; and her grandchildren, Marina and Luna of Japan.
