She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Winter Clemmons and James Rhea Clemmons; her husband David Collinsworth; and her sister Pat Dodd. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Collinsworth (Stacy) and Eric Collinsworth (Katy); her grandchildren, Hayley, Caelyn, Lindsey, Ella, Lillie Kate, Lucy and Levi; her great grandchildren, Fallon and Jamie; and her siblings, GiGi Clemmons, Jim Clemmons and Larry Clemmons (Kelly).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Chapel of Sellars Funeral Home (313 W Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
