She is survived by: her sons, Mike Collinsworth (Stacy) and Eric Collinsworth (Katy); her grandchildren, Hayley, Caelyn, Lindsey, Ella, Lillie Kate, Lucy and Levi; her great grandchildren, Fallon and Jamie; and her siblings, GiGi Clemmons, Jim Clemmons and Larry Clemmons (Kelly).
