He is survived by: his wife Hazel Marie Lee; his mother Virginia Grace Rose; his children, Tonya Marie Lee and Nicholas Anthony Lee (Jenna); his grandchildren, Elijah Charles Lee, Savannah Marie Lee and Norah Rose Lee; and his sisters, Joni Lynn Lee and Katherine Leoda Lee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
