He is survived by: his father Lewis Ray McDonald; his wife Brittani McDonald; his children, Spencer Casper, James McDonald, Avery McDonald, Skyler McDonald, Katlynn Duff, Chyenne Maddox and Chloe Maddox; and his siblings, Davey Adcock, Raya Newbern and Miranda Adams.
