He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bartz Dillard; his children, Debbie Waller (Rusty) and Kenneth Rhea Dillard Jr.; his grandchildren, Jason Waller, Ricky Walker (Kayla), Sandi Frye, Abby Dillard and Austin Dillard; his great grandchildren, Hailey Daly, Zara Moore, Brianna O'Sullivan, Karlee Waller, Kaitlyn Waller, Jackson Waller, Kason Roberson, Kylin Baxley, Nossia Corona-Reyes and Isaiah Frye; his great great grandchildren, Addie Moore, Jayden Moore, Oaklen Moore and Wynter Daly; his brother Joe B. Dillard (Charlotte); and his nephew Vernon Bartz (Rocky).
