He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Tiffany Markham; his parents, George Worthington and Esther Worthington; and his father-in-law James Durham. He is survived by: his wife Carol Worthington; his daughter Erin Ali (Anthony); his grandson Sal; his great grandchild Evie (Scraper); his siblings, Doris Wood (Alan) and George Worthington Jr. (Maureen); his nieces, Kim Geddis (Brian) and Kristy Reper (Buck); his close friends, Ken Koperl and Susan Smith; his goddaughters, Lacey Hums and Treasure Jo Geddis; and his uncles, Steve Vastola and Aaron Rittenberry (Debbie). He is also survived by other nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, cousins.
