We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2023, at the age of 76, Karen Garner O'Roark of Lebanon, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Weatherly and Lois Weatherly. She is survived by: her husband Donald O'Roark; her children, Erin Smith (Justin) and Leeanna McEntyre (Blake); her grandchildren, Sofi Smith and Lois McEntyre; her sister Darlene Enzfelder (Gary); her niece Joy Pine (David); her nephew Glen Enzfelder; and her great-nieces, Ella, Cece and Eden Pine.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Karen's memory to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
