He is survived by: his son Blake Wysocki; his parents, Marilyn Wysocki and Edward Wysocki of Cotuit, Massachusetts; his sister Kara Karo (Doug); his niece Kathryn of Hingham; his nephew Michael of Hingham; and his fiancé Shannon Fox of Lebanon, Tennessee.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, countless friends.

A tribute to celebrate Jon's life and contributions to music will be held in Nashville on June 18th, 2024 at the Vinyl Lounge, time to be announced.
