He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Priscilla Rogers Peterson and James Harold Peterson. He is survived by: his children, James "Pete" Peterson (Lucinda), Tina Harris (Brandon) and Joshua Malcolm (Agnese); his grandchildren, Krista Moore (Stacey), Irion Peterson, Brooking Peterson, Isabella Peterson, James "Levi" Peterson, Roddick Peterson Harris, Salem Harris, Paisley Harris and Kimberly Malcolm; his brother John Thomas Peterson (Lorrie); his mother-in-law Dolores Binion; and his sisters-in-law, Jamie Bradshaw and Christy Bettini (Rick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
