He was predeceased by: his father James "Dickie" Cole Sr.; his stepfather Thomas Amos; and his siblings, Penny Larose, Sandra Daugherty and Billy Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy McLeran Cole; his children, Joslynn Starr Wornell, Daniel James Cole (Natalie) and Jessica Louise Bowen (Michael); his grandchildren, Bradley Arthur Hurst, Zoey Louise Peterson, Gabriella Joelle Cole, Sara Angelica Cole and Daniel James Cole Jr.; his great grandchildren, Sophie Copple and Niklaus Gray; his mother Pat Amos; and his siblings, Peggy Lynn Smith, Renee Hardy, Tammy Chalk, Ray Cole and John Cole.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sellars Funeral Home (313 W Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087).
