He was predeceased by: his parents, Lura Bell Graham and Raymond Luper; his son Dennis Luper; and his brother Jimmy Luper. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jackson Luper; his children, Barbara Stewart (Jason) and Stevie Luper (Jenny); his grandchildren, Peyton Stewart (Anneka), Hayli Stewart, Katy Stewart, Jonathan Luper, Ryan Luper and Cora Luper; his great grandchild Greyson Stewart; and his sisters, Carolyn Kindberg (Michael), Jennie TerBush, Betty Crater (Jay) and Linda Luper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
